Dictator Door Check & Damper Supplied with hook 1009 for flush doors Easy to install, virtually maintenance free Anti-slam design, closing force 50N Gently controlled for easy opening and closing Conserves energy, reduces heat and cold loss Helps prevent the spread of fire Made from steel with bright zinc finish
The door check grabs the door as it nears the closed position. The built in damper then stops slamming and the rim is drawn shut firmly but quietly by the in-built spring. This is much quieter than the latching action of most overhead closers that slam the door the last few inches of its movement. This noise reduction makes the dictator ideal for use within Hotels, Hospitals and Dormitories.
The original from DICTATOR – since 1932 Highest quality from Dutch production guarantees a long service life and faultless functioning
