Maximum door width 900mm for even number of leaves
Maximum door width 800mm for odd number of leaves
Maximum door weight 55kg
Application: Top hung, internal folding doors with concealed fittings for domestic, residential and commercial applications.

For odd or even number suites, up to eight leaves may be hinged together. No rebated head facility. Swing leaves are best hinged to jambs. Additional brackets or fixing points required where doors stack. All trolley hangers have vertical adjustment. Floor channel unnecessary under swing leaves

Top track, hangers, guides, channel, brackets and hinges all sold in kits or separately. The first door in the chain is hinged and so must be narrower than the other doors.

How many of these hinges and intumescent pads do I require for a 850 x 2400 x 55mm Thick 30 minute fire door - we are concerned about weight

When it comes to fire doors they will always need the application of 3 hinges, with two intumescent pads per hinge (6 in total). For this the weight of the door cant exceed 120kg, so please make sure this isn't the case with your door.
