Can a man stand on your 360 degree 100kg turntable? What are the dimensions?

This turntable is W 175mm x L 175mm x H 25mm and can withhold up to 100KG. However it's not recommended for someone to stand on this product.

Does it lock out after 360 degrees?

This turntable uses ball bearings to rotate and won't lock out.
