With our Folding Door Gear you can quickly create a door system that’s built for strength, with an adjustable folding mechanism.

 

Interior Folding Door Gear 27 - 40 kg

Normally used with either 2 or 4 equally sized doors or a combination of these top hung, end folding, light weight interior residential and commercial doors with concealed fixing for hangers and pivots.

 

Foldaside 240 Interior Folding Door Gear 36 kg
Foldaside 240 interior folding door gear provides you with all the hardware you need to install these folding doors. These types of doors work well in office environments or living spaces in order to partition the space between two rooms. The Foldaside 240 is a medium weight folding door system that can be used for internal timber doors. Doors of up to 36kg can be supported.

 

Foldaside 340 Interior Folding Gear 55 kg

For odd or even number suites, up to eight leaves may be hinged together. No rebated head facility. Swing leaves are best hinged to jambs. Additional brackets or fixing points required where doors stack.   All trolley hangers have vertical adjustment.   Floor channel unnecessary under swing leaves top track, hangers, guides, channel, brackets and hinges all sold in kits or separately.  The first door in the chain is hinged and so must be narrower than the other doors.

 

Saheco SF-A84D Interior Folding Door Gear 40 kg

Saheco SF-A84D high quality top hung sliding door gear system for sliding folding interior timber doors. For equal width panels up to a maximum weight of 40 kg and maximum width 1000 mm.  If four or more doors are hinged together - maximum door width 750 mm.

Does the door thickness alter hole position when drilling

Both top and bottom fittings should be fitted centrally to the door. 
If installing offset then ensure both top and bottom are installed at matching offsets.

Hello, Do you do this is a walnut like the colour of your 3 +1 room flex (4door). As I require a three door.

None of our door kits come with the doors, this is just the system itself, so this would be just a standard finish. You can purchase different coloured doors to work with this system.

How far do the cabinet doors go into the internal space when they are folded?

This would depend on the width of your cabinet door, the max width allowable with this system is 600mm, in this instance the doors would go 600mm into the cabinet, inclusive of the track width. With regard the width these doors would take up within your cabinet would depend on the thickness of your doors and this total size taken up would be the thickness of one of your doors multiplied by 3.
