Simonswerk Tectus 440 3D – Concealed Hinge – 100 kg
A premium concealed hinge engineered for quality timber doors. The Tectus 340 3D combines heavy-duty performance with a completely invisible finish — ideal for flush-faced doors where clean aesthetics are as important as reliable function.
What it fits
Suitable for both unrebated and rebated flush-faced timber doors. Adaptors for steel and aluminium frames are also available — please call our sales team for details.

- Maximum door weight: 100 kg
- Minimum door thickness: 36 mm
- Load capacity based on a door of H2000 x W1000 mm mounted with 2 hinges

Three-dimensional adjustment
Once fitted, the hinge can be fine-tuned in all three planes for a perfect door alignment:
- Vertical: +/- 3 mm
- Horizontal: +/- 3 mm
- Depth: +/- 1 mm
