Simonswerk Tectus 340 3D FR – Concealed Fire Door Hinge – 80 kg
A premium concealed hinge engineered for quality timber fire doors. The Tectus 340 3D FR delivers the same clean, invisible finish as the standard Tectus 340 3D — with the added assurance of an integrated intumescent kit for use on FD30 fire doors.
What it fits
Suitable for both unrebated and rebated flush-faced timber doors. Adaptors for steel and aluminium frames are also available — please call our sales team for details.

- Load capacity based on a door of H2000 x W1000 mm mounted with 2 hinges

Three-dimensional adjustment
Once fitted, the hinge can be fine-tuned in all three planes for a perfect door alignment:
- Vertical: +/- 3 mm
- Horizontal: +/- 3 mm
- Depth: +/- 1 mm
Fire door compliance
These hinges have been tested for use on 30-minute fire doors (FD30) using 2 hinges. However, Simonswerk recommend the use of 3 hinges for optimal performance and compliance.
