What weight can these hold?

Unfortunately these studs have not been weight tested.

How wide is the tongue that fit into the ladder? 6mm?

The tongue is 8.6mm wide.

do you have any shelf studs that aren't on a 12 week lead time?

Until April, the only shelf studs we stock for a flat bookcase strip would be SKU 49030

What is the thickness ?
