I would like to order this item in Satin Chrome but I am unable to find this - are you able to advise why this is not available?

As we get these from Banham, Banham acknowledge this finish as satin chrome, however, we call this satin nickel as there is a warmer tone within the finish of this lock.

What is the warrantee period on this product

The warrantee on this product is 2 years.

Does this contain the Door Pull as well as the Nightlatch?

Yes the door pull is included as part of the set.
