Automatic Sliding Door System
This automatic sliding door operator is supplied complete with motor and belt. This allows for the automation of our standard 140 manual sliding door gear (code: 18312, 18313 & 18315) with door leaves up to 80 kg.
This simple and cost-effective automation can be used in a number of different situations from walk-in wardrobes to high level windows. Its most popular application however, is in managers and supervisors offices and high end domestic situations.
Drive: The drive is activated by using a toothed belt and a carrier, which drives the sliding elements. The drive unit is controlled with the operating switch. The drive unit has to be installed in such a way that direct weathering is not possible. The maximum applied force is 15.3 kg, which in return allows danger free operation.
Control / Operating Switch: The system is supplied with a choice of switches. One for standard operation and one for safety mode, whereby door travel ceases when the switch is released.
Toothed Belt: The toothed belt forms the connection from the sliding element to the drive via a guide roller. The belt is cut to size and connected with the belt lock.
