How do I know what size drawer runners i need, it's s wren bin drawer 600mm wide

The runners can do up to 1200mm width and the length would be the length of the bin itself, but you would need to confirm the runner depth required and if the runners are compatible with your bin system.

how do I know what size is it extended or when closed.

These benefit of these items is that they are full extension. This means that the 270mm size (for example) in the closed position is 270mm. They extend 270mm giving an overall length of 540mm.
