If using this hinge on an 18mm thick carcass and a 24mm thick door, which size mounting plate do I need? Thanks

We would suggest the 0mm mounting plate for this configuration.

Are they soft closed? are they 35mm cup size?

These hinges are not soft close due due to the high load they can carry. The cup diameter is 40mm.

With our concealed hinges, the mounting plates are sold separately due to there being different size requirements of the mounting plates to suit the application. Also, they may also be required separately, in situations where some are missing or needed for replacements.
