Button-Fix Type 3 – Push On/Pull Off Panel Fixing System – Pack of 12

The smarter way to mount wall and ceiling panels. Button-Fix Type 3 offers the same clean, invisible fixing you'd expect — with a simple push on/pull off action and the added versatility to connect panels with no side clearance.

How it works

Simply push the panel onto the mounted Fixes until it clicks into place. When access is needed, pull the panel away and it releases cleanly — no tools, no fuss.

What makes the Type 3 different

Designed to connect parallel panels, including those with no clearance at the side, the Type 3 can be surface-mounted or semi-recessed into the panel. Its installation depth matches the Type 1 Button-Fix, meaning both fasteners can be used together to hang adjacent panels from the same background structure.

The push on/pull off mount for wall and ceiling panels

 

Simply connects parallel panels, including panels with no clearance at the side. It can be surface mounted or semi recessed into the panel and it's installation depth matches the Type 1 Button Fix, allowing two fasteners to be used to hand adjacent panels. 

 

The fix housing is moulded from PBT and the button is acetal - both strong and durable engineering polymers. As a general guide, for Button fix Type 3 fasteners on a vertical panel will support loads weighing up to a maximum of 60kg, provided that the screws and substrate are properly matched and all other installation instructions are complied with.
