Fittings to suit single sliding sash window
Suitable for use on ground floor, where there is an accessible window on other floors or for safety such as a childs bedroom

Set includes: 1no fitch fastener (30307), 2no lifts (30361) and 1set security sash stops (75177)

Fitch fastener is suitable for narrow style sashes as keep plate is only 14mm

Sash stops allow the window to be locked closed , or in open position for ventilation - Keys sold seperately

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE SASH STOPS

Step 1 Drill 4 holes using a 10mm drill
Two either side of window internally
100mm and 150mm above centre rail

Step 2 Using hexagon key 90232 - see Related Products
fit screws into holes so that the heads
of the screws are flush with window frame.

Step 3 Replace stud into screw using key
If ventilation is required use top screw so that
window can be opened slightly whilst still being locked
